Robert Peugeot has been Chairman of Peugeot Invest's Board since 2020. He also chairs the Investments and Participations Committee. He was Chief Executive Officer of Peugeot Invest between 2003 and 2020.
After graduating from École Centrale de Paris and INSEAD, Robert Peugeot held various executive positions within the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group. From 1998 to 2007, he was a member of the Group’s Executive Committee and Vice President, Innovation and Quality.
When he took over at Peugeot Invest in 2003, Robert Peugeot officially mapped out its investment and diversification strategy, which primarily involves investing in minority interests with a long-term perspective and playing an active role on companies’ boards of directors.
In 2007, Robert Peugeot stepped down from PSA Peugeot Citroën’s Executive Committee to join PSA Peugeot Citroën’s Supervisory Board and run Peugeot Invest full-time, following its rapid growth. He became Chairman of the Board in May 2020.

Jean-Philippe Peugeot is a graduate of ISG Business School. He has spent his entire career with Automobiles Peugeot. He managed a commercial subsidiary of Automobiles Peugeot for eight years and Peugeot Parc Alliance for four years.

Marie-Hélène Peugeot-Roncoroni is a graduate of IEP Paris (Institute of Political Studies). She began her career in an international audit firm before taking on responsibilities in the PSA Group’s finance, and industrial and human relations divisions. She is the permanent representative of Établissements Peugeot Frères on the Supervisory Board of Stellantis, Vice-Chairman and a member of the Asia Business Development Committee and of the Governance, Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
An aeronautical engineer by training, Ms. Sophie Banzet-Bérets is a graduate of ESTACA and holds a specialized master's degree from HEC / Supaero. After early experiences in the automotive and aeronautics industries, she started her career with Airbus in Toulouse on the A350 program. She then held several positions in the industrial strategy team and operations for the A320 in Hamburg. She currently heads the interior layout on a production line for the A321.
Georges Chodron de Courcel is a graduate of the École Centrale de Paris engineering science school and holds a degree in economic science.
In 1972, he joined BNP where he held various positions in the finance department. Following the merger with Paribas, he was head of BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking, then Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas from June 2003 until June 2014.
A graduate of ESSEC and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Mr. Thibault de Tersant joined the Finance Department of Dassault Aviation in 1983. In 1988, he became Chief Financial Officer of Dassault Systèmes, a position he held until 2018 and his appointment as Deputy Managing Director, General Secretary. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Dassault Systèmes from 1993 to 2020. Mr. Thibault de Tersant has been a key player in the development of Dassault Systèmes from the beginning of the company to its current position as world leader. In addition to his financial and legal responsibilities, he has completed more than 80 acquisitions and the company's IPO. Through his experience, he brings a very good knowledge of the aeronautics, consumer goods, health and automotive industries, as well as of CSR issues.

A HEC graduate, Luce Gendry was Chief Financial Officer of the Générale Occidentale group, then of Bolloré, before joining Rothschild bank in 1993. As managing partner of the bank until 2011, she specialised in M&A consulting and participated in numerous financial transactions in and outside France.
Ms Anne Lange is a graduate of IEP Paris (Institute of Political Studies) and the ENA (École nationale d'administration). She began her career in the Ministry of Industry as media manager. She then joined Thomson, the Internet Rights Forum and then the Cisco group before becoming co-founder and CEO of Mentis.

Dominique Netter has spent most of her career with Edmond de Rothschild France.
After acting as Chief Executive Officer, then Chairman of the Management Board of Rothschild Asset Management Board between 2001 and 2007, she became Chief Investment Officer of the private bank until October 2015. Previously, she had held executive responsibilities at HSBC CCF Securities (from 1995 to 2001) and Détroyat Associés (from 1991 to 1995).
Christian Peugeot is a graduate of the HEC business school. He has spent his entire career with the PSA Group where he has held various sales and marketing responsibilities, was Director of Public Affairs and, most recently, External Relations Officer. Since 1 January 2016, he has been Chairman of the CCFA (French automobile manufacturers association).
Xavier Peugeot is a Paris Dauphine University graduate. After spending four years with advertising agency BDDP, he joined PSA Group where he held various positions in France and abroad (United Kingdom), including Head of Peugeot Netherlands, Head of Peugeot Marketing and Communication and Head of Peugeot Strategy and Products. He currently leads Citroën Strategy and Products. He also chairs the non-profit vintage car association L’Aventure Peugeot Citroën DS.
Mr. Edouard Peugeot is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University. After three years at the investment bank J.P. Morgan, he joined the private equity industry and joined TowerBrook Capital Partners in 2011, where he currently is Senior Principal, in charge of the French market. He has led numerous investments in a variety of sectors ranging from the industry to services and healthcare. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Peugeot Invest UK Ltd. since 2016.
Mr. Armand Peugeot graduated from ESSEC. He previously worked in consulting and finance in Paris and in business services outsourcing in Singapore. In 2018, he joined Clipperton, a corporate finance advisory firm dedicated to new technology and innovation sectors, which assists fast-growing companies in their capital increases, mergers and acquisitions and LBOs. Mr. Armand Peugeot has been involved in the sale of companies to international groups, notably in retail, 3D printing and the Internet of Things.
A doctor at Hôpitaux de Paris, the holder of an EMBA from HEC and a company director diploma from Sciences-Po-IFA, and currently studying for a Corporate Finance Certificate at ICCF-HEC, Pascaline de Dreuzy has been overseeing innovative and pioneering cross-functional projects at the Necker-Enfants Malades hospital group for more than 25 years. From 2011 to 2013 she was a doctor-manager at strategy consulting firms. She then created her own structure, P2D Technology, which aims to build bridges between industry and health, via new technologies, for the care of frail people and for medical decision support. Very much involved in corporate governance, she teaches at the French Institute of Directors. She brings to Peugeot Invest her knowledge of the health and new technology sectors, as well as her experience in innovation, ESG and risk management.
Marie-Françoise Walbaum, who graduated from the University of Paris X in economic science and sociology, is retired. She spent her entire career with BNP Paribas in various executive positions requiring financial (management of principal investments, private equity funds and internal holding companies) commercial and management skills.
