Peugeot Invest is reorganising its management team to better reflect the company’s strategic ambitions and to address non-financial matters more effectively.

  • Sophie Vernier-Reiffers has been appointed Corporate Secretary of Peugeot Invest and the Peugeot family group. Sophie’s remit will be to support the group’s transformation, overseeing the Legal Department, Sustainability, Human Resources, Communications and Corporate Services. Her role will consist of developing committed, effective teams that share a common, consistent vision, while taking into account the specific issues of each company that forms part of the family group (Établissements Peugeot Frères, Peugeot Invest, Peugeot 1810 and Peugeot Frères Industrie).

  • Jean-Baptiste Molmy has been appointed General Counsel of Peugeot Invest and the Peugeot family group, and is joining Peugeot Invest’s Executive Committee. His role will be to continue developing legal expertise within the family group’s companies.

  • Sébastien Coquard has been appointed Deputy CEO Finance and Chief Investment Officer of Peugeot Invest, and his remit has been extended to include management control, financing and performance monitoring. Frédéric Villain, who previously held those roles, has been appointed Deputy CEO Finance of Établissements Peugeot Frères.

  • Jean-Paul Lemonnier has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Peugeot Invest UK, Peugeot Invest’s UK subsidiary. Bertrand Finet, CEO of Peugeot Invest, has become Chair of Peugeot Invest UK’s Board of Directors. Jean-Paul remains Managing Director in charge of the growth investment strategy.
