Peugeot Invest appoints 4 Managing Directors

Peugeot Invest, a listed investment company, today announced the appointment of Marie Ahmadzadeh, Guillaume Falguière, Jean-Paul Lemonnier and François Massut as Managing Directors.

Capitalising on its industrial experience, since 2003 Peugeot Invest has been developing a diversified portfolio of investments, mainly comprising direct minority stakes, private equity vehicles and co-investments. These four promotions within a team led by Sébastien Coquard, Deputy CEO & CIO, which will count 17 investment professionals by this summer, underscore Peugeot Invest's objective to pursue its strategy of sector and geographic diversification.

  • Marie Ahmadzadeh and Guillaume Falguière implement the long-term minority investment strategy both directly and with Peugeot Invest's main partners

  • Jean-Paul Lemonnier is responsible for defining and implementing the growth equity roadmap

  • François Massut is responsible for driving commitments to private equity funds.

Marie Ahmadzadeh joined the investment team of Peugeot Invest in 2015. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the M&A and financing teams, before joining the French Strategic Investment Fund / Bpifrance Mid & Large Cap, then CDC International Capital as Investment Manager.

Guillaume Falguière joined the investment team of Peugeot Invest in 2017. After an experience in M&A, he joined BDL Capital Management as a financial analyst in charge of covering various sectors such as telecom and industry and has particularly contributed to the development of the investment company.

Jean-Paul Lemonnier joined the investment team of Peugeot Invest in 2017. He is based in London. He started his career at PAI Partners, before joining Goldman Sachs, in the Media & Telecom M&A teams. In 2006, he joined the Principal Investment Area team, which manages the firm's private equity investments, as well as Goldman Sachs Capital Partners.

François Massut joined the investment team of Peugeot Invest in 2015. He started his career in 2004 in private equity fund selection within several entities of the Caisse des Dépôts Group (CDC): Retirement Reserve Fund (FRR), CDC's equity funds and Bpifrance Investissement.
